Share a MemoryIn Memory of: Olive and VC BrownlieFrom: Michael Brownlie I have never in my life been more proud of anything I have been associated with than I am with Holmes Regional Hospice and the William Childs Hospice House. The people, the organization and the physical building are all first class and always trying to improve. God bless you all. In Memory of: Juanita B. Davis From: Margaret Ann Davis My mother lived in excrutiating pain the last months of her life. On June 7, 2009, she was admitted to the Hospice House. Within hours, the staff had her pain managed. She passed away on June 12, 2009. One of the things that brings us peace is the care she received at the Hospice House, and knowing that she was comfortable, at last, in her final days. I also cannot say enough about the love and support my family experienced in those days, as well, as we kept vigil at her bedside. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy. We will always remember and be grateful to those who eased that experience for my Mom, and for us. They were then, and continue to be, our "quiet angels". He was our sweet little monkey boy and we miss him dearly. Hosice was wonderful to our entire family and our nurse was a God send. She helped us get through a rough time and was with us all the way to the end when he took his last breath at the Hospice House. I will remember everyone who was involved with my son and our family. I know you are smiling down and watching over us my Angel. Love and kisses to you Austin:) In Memory of: Cleo Kube From: Arlene Kube What a blessing it was for my husband to spend his last days in such peaceful beautiful surroundings as the William Childs Hospice House, with warm and caring people tending to him. Thank you and may God bless all of you. In Memory of: Kenny Rogers From: Michelle and Brittany Many thanks to Hospice of Health First for helping my husband to pass away peacefully at home as he wished. As the tide changed very quickly with my husband's colon cancer, Hospice was immediately there with equipment, comfort, and support for our family. You were all wonderful during a difficult time! |
